Return Policies
At Tzfasman Jewelers, we believe in 100% satisfaction. If your item for any reason is not everything you want it to be, simply return it to us within 14 days of receipt for store credit. Shipping costs are not credited, a $15 fee would apply if you received free shipping Returns are only on new purchases, not with a store credit or gift card
Returning Your Purchase
You can return items in-store at our Brooklyn location for $15 fee or mail back the item with a copy of your receipt to 383 Kingston #75 Brooklyn NY 11213. You must first request a return label, and your return must be approved. The cost of the label is $25.00
Return Conditions
You have 14 days to return an item once it has been received. Items must be in new, unused, and unaltered condition to be accepted for return. All tags must still be attached.
Custom And Special Order Items
Custom-designed and engraved items are non-returnable; however, we will work with you to correct or improve any issues.
