You can return items in-store at our Brooklyn location for $15 fee or mail back the item with a copy of your receipt to 383 Kingston #75 Brooklyn NY 11213. You must first request a return label, and your return must be approved. The cost of the label is $25.00Return Conditions
You have 14 days to return an item once it has been received. Items must be in new, unused, and unaltered condition to be accepted for return. All tags must still be attached.

Custom-designed and engraved items are non-returnable; however, we will work with you to correct or improve any issues.
